PALMER: Elsie May Palmer of Brandon, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Sunday, May 25, 2014 at the age of 94 years. Funeral Service to honor Elsie’s life will be held at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 107 Queens Avenue East, on Monday, June 2, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. with her son, Bishop Bruce Palmer officiating. Interment will follow at the Brandon Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Elsie may be made to The Arthritis Society- Manitoba division, 105-386 Broadway, Winnipeg, MB, R3C 3R6 or to the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation - Prairies/NWT Region, 700, 10665 Jasper Avenue, Edmonton, AB, T5J 3S9.
