SCHICK: Elfriede Julianne Schick of Brandon, beloved wife of Hermann and dear mother of Charles, Helen (Brian) Forsyth, Rosie Thompson and Richard (Kim), passed away peacefully at the Brandon Regional Health Centre on Monday, June 2, 2014 at the age of 86 years. Prayers will be said for Elfriede at St. Augustine’s Roman Catholic Church, 327-4th Street, on Thursday, June 5, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Augustine’s Roman Catholic Church on Friday, June 6, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. with Fr. Kevin Smith as Celebrant. Interment will follow at Rosewood Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Elfriede may be made to the Brandon Regional Health Centre Foundation “Palliative Care”, 150 McTavish Avenue East, Brandon, Manitoba, R7A 2B3 or to a charity of choice.
