PALMER: William George (Bill) Palmer. October 7, 1941 – July 17, 2014. We lost an amazing husband to Martha, father to Ronda, Tara and Jonina and their families. Bill also leaves to mourn a twin sister, Marilyn and her son along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and extended adopted family. He was a very proud husband, father and grandfather. Bill was formerly from Waskada, also resided in Gimli, Churchill, Thompson, Winnipeg, and Brandon. He was a great friend to everyone. Bill was very proud of his civil service with Environment Canada and his belief in the Traditional way, he called it “Red Road”. Martha would like to thank all who came from near and far to be with Bill during his final days. Viewing and traditional feast to be held Sunday July 20, 2014 at Brandon Friendship Center 205 College Avenue Brandon, MB. 11:00 am 3:00 pm with feast to follow. Cards and flowers are gratefully declined but donations can be made to the ALS Society of MB Box 21008 Brandon, MB R7B 3W8 in Bill’s memory.
