VOTH: Cornelius (Neil) John Voth. It is with great sadness that the family announce the sudden passing of their beloved husband and father Neil on July 29, 2014 at the age of 69 years. Cornelius (Neil) John Voth was born February 16th, 1945 in Grunthal MB. He moved to Carberry MB in spring of 1976 to work at Carnation Foods, where he stayed until his retirement in October 2005. During his employment there, Neil met Marlene Jean Stovin in 1981 and by May 19, 1984 they were happily wed. Within those 30 beautiful years they had two children, Kurtis Dwayne and Karla Leann. For the last two years, Neil was employed by Auto Parts Central in Brandon MB to satisfy his retirement boredom. Cornelius is survived by his wife Marlene, son Kurtis, and daughter Karla.  He is also survived by his brothers Henry and Peter as well as sister Tina. He is pre deceased by sister Annie and brother Jake as well as parents Heinrich and Anna Voth. Neil will be dearly missed by family, friends, and co- workers both past and present among many others. Funeral will be held Friday, August 8th at 3:00 p.m. at the Carberry United Church with Rev Peggy Reid officiating. Interment will follow in the Carberry Plains Cemetery. As tokens of sympathy, donations in memory of Neil may be made to the Carberry United Church for the church’s various charity projects.
