LONEY: Harvey, beloved partner of Shirley Lowe, passed away at the Souris Health Centre on Wednesday, August 27, 2014 at the age of 74 years. Funeral service will be held at the Centennial Centre, Hartney, Manitoba on Wednesday, September 3, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. By Harvey’s request please dress casual/denim.
