PENTON: Irene Penton (née Longrigg), beloved wife of the late Terry Penton, passed away peacefully at the Golden West Centennial Lodge, Winnipeg, MB on Saturday, September 20, 2014 at the age of 96 years. Irene will lovingly be remembered by her children: Eleanor Rock, Ken, Nancy Allen, Bruce, Bob, Brenda and Laurie. The funeral service will be held at St. Matthew’s Cathedral, 403-13th Street, on Saturday, September 27, 2014. The service time will be announced in tomorrow’s paper.
