STEWART: It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Frances I. Stewart in Winnipeg, Manitoba on September 14, 2014 at the age of 94 years. Frances was predeceased by her husband Everett O. (Buck) Stewart, brothers Henry, Walter and Gordon, sisters Velma Arthur, Marjorie McIntyre and Grace Scora. She will lovingly be remembered by her children: Linda Croft (George), Shirley Kozak (Robert), Heather Moar (Jack) and Ron Stewart (Pam). She is also survived by one sister, Ruth McLean (Eldon) and by grandchildren: Sheree Baker, Steven Masters, James Strange, Don and Susie Moar, Deneen, Kristy and Jenna Stewart and seven great grandchildren. Frances graduated from the Winnipeg Children’s Hospital and worked as a Head Nurse in Pediatrics at the Brandon General Hospital. She was a Life Member of the Order of the Eastern Star Chapter #3, Worthy Grand Matron of Manitoba 1989/90, and Life Member of the Order of the Royal Purple #138. Special thanks to the Bethania Nursing Home for all their care and support. A Memorial Service will be held at the Brockie Donovan Chapel, 332-8th Street, Brandon, on Friday, October 17, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. with The Rev. Dr. Dong-Ha Kim officiating.
