WILLIAMSON: Edith Mabel Ede Williamson (nee McPhail). Ede Williamson, beloved wife of Murray Williamson, of Killarney, MB, formerly of Belmont, MB passed away on Friday, October 10, 2014, at the Royal Jubilee Hospital in Victoria, BC at the age of 87 years. Left to mourn Edie passing are her husband Murray Williamson of Killarney, MB, daughters Sharon Williamson of Salt Spring Island, BC and Muriel Boake of Nesbitt, MB, sons Vernon (Valerie) Williamson of Belmont, MB and Blaine Williamson (Wendy Stoesz) of Killarney, MB, step-daughter Dorothy Enns of Morris, MB, grandchildren Derek, Don (Melanie), Andrew (Jennifer), Heather (Travis) and Trevor, great-grandchildren Kate, Ryliegh, Kayleigh, Addison, Teagan and Bayley. Also left to mourn Edes passing are her sister Jean Wanless, sisters- in-law Marilyn Kittle, Marjorie McPhail, Beryl McPhail and Pearl Carnahan, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins & friends. Ede was predeceased by her parents William & Laura (nee Kerr) McPhail, brothers & sisters John, Roy, Jim and Beatrice McPhail and son-in-law Jack Boake, as well as many extended family members. A Celebration of Edes Life will be held in the Belmont United Church at 2:00 p.m. Saturday October 18 , 2014 with Rev. Larry McPhail officiating. Interment to follow in the Hillside Cemetery.
