GARA: Laura Elaine Gara of Brandon, beloved Mom of Joan, Gene and Irene, passed away peacefully at the Brandon Regional Health Centre on Monday, October 27, 2014 at the age of 88 years. In keeping with Laura’s wishes, cremation will take place and a Memorial Reception Service to honour Laura’s life will be held at the George Brockie Fellowship Centre (Brockie Donovan Funeral Home) 332-8th Street, on Tuesday, November 4, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Brandon Regional Health Centre Foundation, “Cancer Services,” 150 McTavish Ave. East, Brandon, MB, R7A 2B3.
