ARMSTRONG: Dorothy Jean (Breakey) Armstrong of Shoal Lake passed away at Shoal Lake-Strathclair Health Center, on Saturday, November 22, 2014 at the age of 91. A celebration of Dorothy’s life will be held at the Rossburn Community Hall on Friday, November 28, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. Rev. Wendy Thom will officiate. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Dorothy to the Shoal Lake-Strathclair Health Center Palliative Care Unit or a charity of one’s choice.
