KRUK: Katherine Marie “Kay” (nee Posterski). With great sadness we announce the passing of Kay Kruk at the Portage General Hospital on Friday, November 28, 2014 at the age of 91 years. Kay will be lovingly remembered by her children: Gerry (Eleanor), Brian (Lu-anne), Ernie (Anita), Joanne Richter and Ken (Terry); grandchildren: Kim, Kerri, Todd, Kevin, Britney, Ryan, Caitlyn, Pam, Dustin, Cory, Troy and Tyler; great-grandchildren: Hunter, Ben, Reaghan and Rose. She will also be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews and friends. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 6, 2014 at 3:00 pm at McKenzies Portage Funeral Chapel, 56 Royal Road South, with the interment to follow at Hillside Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, if friends so wish, donations may be made in Kay's memory to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Manitoba, the Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of one’s choice.
