ULLBERG: Wanda May Ullberg (nee Wright), passed away at the Brandon Regional Health Centre on Sunday, December 7, 2014. Wanda was born at Weyburn, Saskatchewan on December 31, 1965. She spent her early years in Rivers, Alexander and Brandon and received her education at Alexandra, Betty Gibson, Earl Oxford Schools and Crocus Plains High School. Wanda owned and operated Jig 'n' Rig Bait and Tackle with her husband Sheldon and then managed the hunting and fishing department at Home Hardware Building Centre in Brandon. She had a great love for the outdoors, camping, and especially fishing. Wanda's family and friends were her passion in life. Wanda was predeceased by her husband Sheldon Earl Ullberg, December 26, 2001. Wanda is survived by her parents Roy and Mary Wright; daughter Ashley (Jamie) Browning, children Faith and Jude; daughter Nicole Ullberg; son Evan Ullberg (Tonya Weenink); brother Sheldon Wright (son Michael Sanderson (Cynthia), children Reece, Payton, and Hudson; and daughters Selena and Chelsea); sister Tammy (Mark) Burgess, their children Taylor and Matthew; sister April (Ryan) Stonehouse and their children, Katelynn, Courtney, Trenton, and Brookelynn; partner John Williamson and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. The Ceremony to Celebrate Wanda's Life will be held on Friday, December 12, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. at Central United Church, 327 8th Street, Brandon. Urn bearers are her children, Ashley, Nicole and Evan. Interment will take place at the Alexander Cemetery. Friends who wish, may make a donation in memory of Wanda to the Brandon Riverbank Inc. 1-545 Conservation Drive Brandon, MB R7A 7L8. These funds are to be used for Riverbank Enhancement.
