GOMPF: Robert Carl (Bob) Gompf of Oak Lake, Manitoba, beloved husband of Phyllis, father of Barry and Sherry, 5 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild passed away at Souris Personal Care Home, Souris, Manitoba Wednesday, December 17, 2014 at the age of 86 years. Funeral service will be held at Oak Lake United Church, Oak Lake, Manitoba Tuesday, December 23, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. with Don Sellsted officiating. Interment will be in Johnston Cemetery (north of Oak Lake). Viewing for family and friends will be at Carscadden Funeral Chapel, Virden Monday, December 22nd from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. If friends so desire, memorial tributes may be made to Oak Lake Ambulance Fund or Woodworth (Kenton) Fire Department in memory of Bob.
