ARMSTRONG: Robert Wayne Armstrong of Brandon passed away in the city on January 22, 2015. Wayne was predeceased by his parents, Jim and Kay Armstrong. He is survived by his daughters: Amy and Ashley, his sister, Janice Armstrong and brother, Glenn Armstrong. A private graveside service will be held at a later date.
