McKENZIE: Gently and with dignity, Bernice (“Bernie”) McKenzie passed away in the East Gate Lodge Personal Care Home in Beausejour, January 27, 2015. She leaves us to rejoin her beloved Bob who predeceased her in 1998. The family is forever grateful for the loving care she received from the staff of the Rose Unit, during her nine years with them. Funeral Liturgy will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 14 at St. Mary Roman Catholic Church, 516 Atlantic Avenue, Beausejour. Donations in her memory may be made to the Manitoba Heart and Stroke Foundation, East Gate Lodge Personal Care Home or St. Mary Church, Building Fund, in Beausejour.
