VANDENDORPE:Yvonne Vandendorpe, January 9, 1933 - January 9, 2015. It's with loving memory that we announce the death of Yvonne Vandendorpe, the youngest daughter of Camiel and Maria Deceuninck. She was born at Fertile, SK. Yvonne was predeceased by her infant daughter Deborah and her husband Norman Vandendorpe, her sisters and brothers-in-law Adrienne and Albert Schoonbaert, Georgette and Oscar Schoonbaert, sister-in-law Herta Vandendorpe and brother- in-law Rene LeRoux. She is survived by her children and their families: Dolores and Lloyd Vanbeselaere; Tammy and Jeremy Perriman, Taryn; Marcie and Andrew Spurrill, Chesney and Ryder; Stacey and Chris Vanmackelbergh, Skyla, Desmon and Declan. Edward and Kim Vandendorpe; Mandi and Michael Francis, Drake and Ava; Amy and Dan Boutin, Addyson and Presley; Joshua Vandendorpe. Brian Vandendorpe and Debbie and Barry Crepeele; Sheldon and Breigh Crepeele, Danee, Addison and Rhett; Stephanie and Patrick Gagon, Hadley. Rose and Jeff Bugg; Curtis and Kay Bugg, Grady and Adelyn; Candice Bugg and Greg Wood. Michael and Wendy Vandendorpe, Dustin, Mitchell and Whitney. Yvonne also leaves behind her brother Andrew (Doreen) Deceuninck; brother-in-law Albert Vandendorpe and friend Joan Vanmackelberg, Deloraine; sister- in-law Alice LeRoux, Winnipeg; sister-in-law Dorothy (Cliff) Truscott, Brandon; sister-in-law Irene Mosset, Deloraine and numerous nieces and nephews. Upon her marriage to Norman Vandendorpe in 1956, she lived in Deloraine except 2 years at Oak River, this is where she raised 6 children. Here she spent her time gardening and caring for her children. Along with Norman, Yvonne enjoyed their dogs and going to the lake. Bingo became a favourite pastime and this kept her busy most week nights. She also spent her time enjoying her grandkids and great-grandchildren. Yvonne moved to Delwynda Court and PCH in February 2011. She enjoyed the staff and residents until her death on January 9, 2015. Funeral services where held at Smith Funeral Chapel on Tuesday, January 13, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. The interment was at the Deloraine Catholic Cemetery.
