NEUFELD: In her 102nd year, Anne Neufeld of Brandon, went to be with her husband in their heavenly home on Friday, March 27, 2015. Left to mourn her passing are: her daughter Gail Tayler, husband Ernie and their three children and four grandchildren, Beverlee and Jack Haverstock, their daughters Nicki and Jenna; Brenda and Darrell Appelt and their children, Trevor his wife Kim, and Kim Lamb and her husband Bob; and Gail's son, Jim Tayler; Anne's sons, Chuck Neufeld, wife Yvonne and son Sean; Gerry Neufeld, wife Kaye and their son Jake and his wife Maddi. Many nieces and nephews from the Neufeld and Pazarena families also survive. Anne was predeceased by her husband Walter in 1999, her father Fred, mother Annie, sisters Olga and Victoria and brothers Jim, Emil and Nick. Anne was born in Plum Coulee, Manitoba in 1913. She married Walter on September 27, 1933 and they resided in Gretna until moving to Winnipeg in 1948. Anne moved to Brandon to live in River Heights Terrace in 2002 and subsequently moved to Rideau Park Personal Care Home in 2012. Cremation has taken place. A service of Remembrance will be held at Memories Chapel, 330-18th Street North on Wednesday, April 1, 2015 at 2:00 pm. At a later date, the family will say their final farewells at a private graveside service in the family plot at the Gretna cemetery. Expressions of sympathy may be made at www.memorieschapel.com.
