HARVEY: Marjorie, 3 weeks short of her 99th birthday, beloved wife of the late Leonard Harvey and the late Claude Garner, mother of Brenda Garner and Barbara Leslie, died in Winnipeg, Manitoba on Sunday, April 26, 2015. A celebration of Marjorie’s life will be held at a later date (notifications closer to date).
