WOLFE: Glen English Wolfe passed away peacefully at the Assiniboine Centre on Tuesday, May 26, 2015. Glen was born in Virden, MB on May 18, 1928 to John and Vera Wolfe (née English). Glen’s working life was spent in the Sign business in Winnipeg until 1960, and then at Brandon Signs Ltd. until his retirement, when his sons Colin and Ian and grandson, Wade took over the business. Glen is survived by his wife Lois. They were married in Winnipeg on December 26, 1951. The date, December 26 was significant because Lois’ Mom and Dad were married on December 26, 1923. Also surviving are his son Colin (Kenetta) and their children Wade and Nikki (Lance) Lafleur and their son Alex, daughter Wendy, and son Ian (Lynn) and their daughter Emily. Glen is also survived by one sister and two brothers from a family of 10 children. Cremation has taken place, and there will be no funeral service.
