SKELTON: Leota Irene Skelton, beloved wife of the Late Frank Skelton, passed away at WestMan Nursing Home, Virden, Manitoba on Friday; July 31, 2015 at the age of 88 years. Leota will be sadly missed by her children: Dwaine (Shirley) Johnson, Larry (Susan), Lenny (Kathy), Carolyn (Ronnie) Gonty, Darlene Miller (Terry Lelond), David (Ann), and daughter-in-law Isla Skelton.  Her Grandchildren:  Connie, Eddy (Leanne), Rodney, Cory (Heidi), Tammy, Jennifer, Kristin, Vicki (Jason), Ryan (Meagan), Kim, Jamie, Karli, Michael (Lexi), Susan (Stan), Kim (Kurt), Allan (Karen) . Her Great Grandchildren: Devon, Paisley, Lexi, Quinton, Merek, Cheise, Zachray, Kaleb, Jordan, Jette, Meagan, Taylor, Alex, Macy, Ashleigh, Dustin, Savana, Madison, Sophia, Austin, Shay-Leigh, Ida, Rilyn and her Great Great Granddaughter Kenzie. Leota is survived by her brothers,  Berti (Pat), Wayne, John (Marj),  Sisters Betty Sykes and Bernita Bredy, Sister- in- laws Orlean Johnson and Doll Higgins. Leota was predeceased by her parents Bertie and Annie Johnson, Husband Frank (Sonny) Skelton, Son Darrell (Bing) Skelton, Brother George Johnson, Nephew Jeff Sykes, Brother- in- law Del Bredy and many of Frank’s brothers and sisters. Funeral services will be held from G. R. Carscadden Funeral Chapel, Virden at 1:00 p.m. on Friday; August 7, 2015 with Joyce Marsh officiating. Interment will be in Virden Cemetery.
