KOWALCHUK: Please join our family in the celebration of our loving mother's life. Noreen Kowalchuk, beloved wife of the late Michael Kowalchuk, of Brandon, and formerly of Shilo, passed away peacefully, Tuesday, September 15, 2015 at Fairview Home. Noreen is survived by her five children, Linda McFarlane (Allan), Peggy Savoie (Allain), Rose Anne Dennys (Mark), Peter Kowalchuk (Kelly) and Barbara Boyling (Darryl). Noreen is adoringly remembered by her nine grandchildren Justin and Alex McFarlane; Steven, Paul and Sean Aldred; Ashley and Joshua Dennys; and Dylan and Devon Boyling, and will be fondly remembered by her many great-grandchildren. She will forever be in our hearts and memories. The Ceremony to Celebrate Noreen's Life will take place at Memories Chapel, 330 18th Street North, on Friday, September 18, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Fr. Patrick Neufeld officiating. A reception will follow at Memories Chapel. Noreen will be laid to rest beside her husband in a private ceremony at the Brandon Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made to the Alzheimer's Society, Unit 4B-457 9th Street, Brandon, MB R7A 1K2. The family would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the staff on the 5th Floor at Fairview for all their care and compassion, and for their dedicated commitment to Mom's comfort.
