SLACEK: The death of Ivan Slacek, age 79 years, occurred at Rideau Park Personal Care Home on Monday, September 14, 2015. A Celebration of Ivan's Life will take place at Memories Chapel, 330 18th Street North, on Friday, October 9, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow at the Brandon Cemetery.
