WINTERS, Lowell, 82 years, beloved husband of Eileen Winters, father of Jill (Brad), Judy (Greg), Maureen (Bryce), Wade (Treena), Chris (Mavis) and Michael, passed away at his residence in the R.M. of Sifton on Thursday, October 29, 2015. Funeral service will be held at the Oak Lake Community Hall on Tuesday, November 3, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. Interment in the Oak Lake Cemetery.
