McKELLAR: William “Bill” McKellar, beloved husband of Connie, passed away on Wednesday, November 18, 2015 at the age of 89 years. A memorial service will be held at the Brockie Donovan Chapel, 332-8th Street, on Saturday, November 28, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. Flowers are gratefully declined.
