SPRAGGS: James Edward “Jim” Spraggs beloved husband of Jean of Minnedosa, MB passed away on February 4, 2016 at the Minnedosa Personal Care Home at the age of 90 years. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 11, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. in the Minnedosa United Church. Interment will take place in St. John’s Cemetery, Bethany, MB.
