WAUGH: Agnes Helen Waugh (nee Leclercq) of Brandon, MB formerly of Winnipeg, MB and Baldur, MB passed away at the Brandon Regional Health Centre on Wednesday, February 17, 2016 at the age of 85 years. Helen leaves to mourn her passing her daughter Laurie Waugh (Kevin Hingey) of Brandon, grandchildren Kyle and Cole Hingey; brothers Rogier (Lorette) Leclercq of Smokey Lake, AB and Alan (Darlene) Leclercq of Camrose, AB, sisters Ruby Tenpas of Edmonton, AB and Julene (Mitch) Gora of Edmonton, AB, sister-in-law Annette Leclercq of Gibbons, AB as well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Helen was predeceased by her husband Ross in 1998 and by brothers Ivan, Frank and Art Leclercq. A Graveside Service and Celebration of Helen’s life will be held at the Baldur Cemetery at a later date. Friends that so desire, memorial donations can be made in Helen’s memory to a charity of choice.
