SPARLING: The family of Troy Arthur Sparling is saddened to announce his passing at the Brandon Regional Health Centre, on February 19, 2016 at the age of 47 years. He was dearly loved and will be sadly missed. Troy was born on May 23, 1968, in Minnedosa, Manitoba. A service to celebrate Troy’s life will be held at First Presbyterian Church, 339-12th Street, at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 23, 2016, with Arlene Robertson officiating. Flowers are gratefully declined, but donations in memory of Troy may be made to Brandon Community Options Inc., 136-11th Street, Brandon, Manitoba, R7A 4J4, or to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, MB, 3-824 18th St., Brandon, R7A 5B7.
