HAYHURST: On Wednesday, February 24, 2016, John Franklin "Frank" Hayhurst, age 83 years, beloved husband of Marlene, dear father of Jocelyn (Dale) Beever, and loving grandfather of Scott and Jill, passed away at the Riverdale Health Centre, Rivers, Manitoba. The Funeral Service will take place at the Rivers United Church, 339 Main Street, Rivers, on Thursday, March 3, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Glenna Beauchamp officiating. Interment will follow at the Rivers Cemetery. A reception will take place at Rivers Royal Canadian Legion, 633 2nd Avenue, following the interment. Donations in memory of Frank may be made to the Rivers Train Station Restoration Project, the Brandon Humane Society or the Funds for Furry Friends. Complete obituary information will follow.
