KULCHYCKY: Adam Kulchycky (Kulchyski). October 20, 1923 - May 15, 2016. With family by his side, Adam Kulchycky, age 92, formerly of Brandon, MB passed away on Sunday, May 15, 2016 at the Colonel Belcher Veteran's Care Centre in Calgary, AB. He was predeceased by his wife, Jean in January 2007. Adam is survived by children: Judy (Rick) Sample of Calgary, Murray (Alison) Kulchyski of Carp, ON, Marty (Glynys) Kulchyski of Calgary; grandchildren: Steven (Deanna) Sample, Scott Sample, Dan Kulchyski, Ray Kulchyski, Mark Kulchyski, Jacquie Lane, Michael (Michelle) Kulchyski; great-grandchildren: Elizabeth Lane, Tyler Kulchyski, Leah Kulchyski. He is also survived by his brother Alex (Pat) of Calgary, and sister Margaret Waters of Winnipeg. Adam served in WWII with the Queens Own Cameron Highlanders, was employed by Beverage Services (Coca-Cola) in Brandon, Portage and Dauphin. He enjoyed his family, hunting with his son, grandson, brothers and pals, a good bargain and Ukrainian food! Special thanks to the Gibraltar House staff at Colonel Belcher Care Centre and Glenn Cameron, for the care he received while there. A graveside service will be held at a later date in Brandon.
