FRANCIS: Philip Francis, 86 years, beloved husband of Anna Francis, father of Julian and Jonathon, passed away in the Souris Health Centre on Sunday, May 15, 2016. Celebration of Philip’s life will be held at the Oak Lake Mennonite Church, Oak Lake, Manitoba, on Saturday, June 4, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. Private interment at a later date.
