DRAPER: July 13, 2016, Charles Winston Draper, age 72, most recently from Elphinstone, Manitoba, passed away suddenly at Health Science Centre in Winnipeg. Predeceased by his parents Charlie and Olive (Maguire) Draper, ex-wife Dianne Beaudry. Left to mourn are brother Rodney (Shirley) Draper of Louis Creek, BC, sister Sandra (Ron) Nelson of Rimbey, AB, daughter Mellissa Beaudry and grandson Jordan Beaudry, numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place and a private family celebration of Chuck’s life will be held in the Elgin Cemetery at a later date. Kowalchuk’s Funeral Home, Souris, in care of arrangements.
