VANDAELE: William John VanDaele, December 7, 1942 - July 20, 2016. Formerly of Brandon, Bill passed away at the Edson Care home, Edson, Alberta, after a brief illness. He was predeceased by his parents Barb and Johanas VanDaele and five older siblings. He is survived by his wife Shirley of Edson, Alberta, his children, Travis (Lisa), Ella, Brielle; Shantelle Kuzyk (Darcy), Salena all of Brandon, Manitoba. Bill was born and raised in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario which he was always very proud to announce. He was an avid outdoors-man and enjoyed camping, fishing, hunting, archery and equally enjoyed teaching others the skills needed for these pastimes, especially with his children who continue to share and enjoy these activities with their own children. There are no plans for a service at this time. A private family burial will take place at a future date.
