PARKINSON: Surrounded by family, Bryan passed away Friday, July 22, 2016 succumbing to his second battle with cancer. He is survived by his soul-mate and wife of 41 years Mary-Anne (née Gaiser), his children Christopher, Erin (Eric Davis) and Rachel. Fortunately, Bryan met his only two grandkids, Grace and London, who he called sweet pea and sweet heart. The girls knew him as Grandpa Peanut. Bryan leaves to mourn his brothers, Terry (Sylvia), Ty (Linda), Brent (Bonnie), sister Penny Corbin, as well as, his brother-in-laws Bryon (Debbie) and Bruce (Gail). In addition, he was very close with his mother-in-law Lotte Gaiser - Oma. Bryan was born November 2, 1947, in Lamont, Alberta and grew in Edmonton up with his five siblings. He moved to Kamloops in 1969 and met Mary-Anne (Butzi) in 1974. They moved to Brandon, Manitoba in 1979 where all three kids were born. All of his working life, Bryan worked as a parts and service provider for various automotive companies. Next to his family, Bryan loved golf. He was a member of the Glen Lea Mens Club and played as often as he could with his friends (Dale, Joe, Kevin, Bob). He also enjoyed working on vehicles and helped his children at every opportunity. The Funeral Service will take place on Thursday, July 28, 2016 at 1:00 pm at Redeemer Lutheran Church, 114 Ashgrove Blvd. Pastor Laurel Seyfert will officiate. A reception will follow at the Church.
