BELL: Islay Noreen Bell, beloved sister and aunt, died peacefully at Fairview Home in Brandon on Wednesday, August 3, 2016 at the age of 94 years. A Celebration of Islay’s Life will be held at the Brockie Donovan Chapel, 332-8th Street, on Thursday, August 11, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. Donations in memory of Islay may be made to The Salvation Army, 9 Princess Avenue East, Brandon, MB, R7A 1R8.
