FORTUNE: Ethel Irene Fortune (nee Wyatt), beloved wife of the late Ken Fortune, mother of Wendy (the late Arnold) Rose, Patti (Terry) McTavish, Jim (Carol), and the late Shirley Geekie, passed away at the Shoal Lake-Strathclair Health Centre, Shoal Lake, MB on Friday, August 26, 2016 at 87 years of age. A service celebrating Ethel’s life will be held at the Cardale United Church, Cardale, MB on Tuesday, August 30, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. A private interment will be held at Marney Cemetery prior to the service. For those so desiring, donations may be made in Ethel’s memory to CancerCare Manitoba, P.O. Box 2248 Stn.
