DOHERTY: Eileen, 97 years old, beloved mother of Ken Doherty, Dale VanLoo, Brenda Boon and the late Gerry and Brent Doherty, passed away in the Virden Health Centre on Wednesday, August 31, 2016. Funeral service will be held at the Oak Lake United Church, Oak Lake, Manitoba on Tuesday, September 6, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. Interment in the Oak Lake Cemetery. In memory of Eileen, donations may be made to the Oak Lake Cemetery Fund or Westman Dreams for Kids. Kowalchuk’s Funeral Home, Souris, in care of arrangements.
