BOOTSMAN: Dorothy Barbara (née Frey) Bootsman, passed away at her residence, Fairview Home, in Brandon, Manitoba, on Friday, September 2, 2016. Left to mourn her loss are her five children: Mike (Karen); Susan (Art Brown); Tim (Lori); Bill and Norman (Colleen); 13 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. As well as her brother: Alvin (Terry) Frey; sister Donna (Dave) Cranston and Carole McIntyre in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta. She was predeceased by her husband, Mickey and daughter-in-law Avis. A casual get together for family and friends to Celebrate Mom’s Life will take place on Friday, September 9, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. in the Hospitality Suite at the Victoria Inn, 3550 Victoria Avenue. The family would like to thank the wonderful staff at Fairview Home for the care and compassion they showed Mom every day.
