KENNEDY: On Thursday, October 20, 2016, Effie Kennedy, beloved wife of Carl, passed away at Valleyview Care Centre. The Funeral Service will take place at Bethel Christian Assembly, 440 Richmond Avenue, on Thursday, October 27, 2016 at 1:30 p.m. Pastor Len Smith will officiate. Following a reception at the church, interment will take place at Rosewood Memorial Gardens. Donations in memory of Effie may be made to Manhattan Beach Retreat Centre, P.O.
