WALLACE: On Sunday, October 23, 2016, Doreen Wallace passed away at her residence, Dinsdale Personal Care Home. Doreen was born and raised on the family farm in Kennedy, Saskatchewan. After completing her high school, she moved to Brandon, working most of her life at Canada Safeway. Doreen was a member of the Rebecca Lodge in Kennedy Saskatchewan and Brandon Manitoba. When not working, Doreen enjoyed gardening, traveling, dancing and spending time with family. Doreen is survived by her son Jim (Anita) and their sons Brent, Blair and Brock of Calgary AB; son Earl of Fort Saskatchewan, AB and his children Sarah and Eric; and daughter Judy (Bill) Turner of Brandon MB and their children Tyler (Amanda) and Teighan. She was predeceased by her husband James in 2011; four siblings Don, Phyllis, Earl and twin sister Aileen. The Funeral Service was held at Memories Chapel on Thursday, October 27, 2016. Capt. Brenda Hammond officiated. Interment was at the Rosewood Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers were grandchildren Brent, Blair and Brock Wallace, Tyler and Teighan Turner and Sarah and Eric Wallace.
