A Celebration of Phyllis’ life will be held at the Brockie Donovan Chapel, 332-8th Street, on Saturday, November 26, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. A private family interment will be held at Rosewood Memorial Gardens on Friday, November 25, 2016.
