LESLIE: On Thursday, December 1, 2016, Phyllis Irene Leslie, formerly of Rivers, age 91 years, loving mother of Jackie (Hugh) Richards, passed away at the Souris Personal Care Home, Souris, Manitoba. A funeral service is being planned for the Spring of 2017 with details to be announced at that time.
