ROLFE: William Morley Rolfe. Passed away at the Brandon Regional Health Centre, with his family by his side on Friday, December 23, 2016. Morley was born to Oliver & Ella Rolfe on April 11, 1931 on the family farm at Treesbank, MB.  Morley & his family moved to Stockton, when he was 5 years old, where he attended school & worked on the family farm.  In 1956 he married Una Gladys Outhwaite, the love of his life.  They moved to Brandon where he was employed for 28 years at Canadian Steel Tank Co. Ltd., first as a welder, supervisor, shop foreman, finally a crane operator. In 1974, Morley and Una purchased their dream property a few miles South of Brandon, where they had the enjoyment of farming, up until Morley's retirement. Morley was a jack of all trades and a great carpenter. There wasn't a job that he wouldn't tackle. Over the years, he built several houses for family and friends. He was a devoted family man and loved his grandchildren immensely. Morley is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Una Gladys (nee Outhwaite).  Children: Larry Rolfe (Donna Fischer), Karen Warren (Dave Pope) & Wendy Sas (Rahul); Grandchildren: Derek Warren (Lisa), Justin Warren (Kara Elder), Kaleigh Andrews (Jason), Travis Rolfe, Alexandra and Kiara Sas; Great Grandchildren: Jack, Cole, Ben Warren and Emersyn Andrews. Morley is also survived by his brother, Jack Rolfe (Kay) of Glenboro, sister Margaret Outhwaite of Stockton as well as numerous extended relatives.  Morley was predeceased by infant daughter, Lois Diane, his parents Oliver & Ella (nee Naismith), sisters Annie Smart and Violet Ross and his twin brother Jim Rolfe. A funeral service will be held at the Glenboro Cemetery on Thursday, December 29, 2016 at 10:30 am. Rev. Doug Neufeld of Trinity United Church officiating.   Following the interment, there will be a celebration of Morley's life, at Trinity United Church, 1515-6th St. Brandon, from 2:00- 3:30 pm. Everyone is welcome. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Morley's memory to CNIB, Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Alzheimer's Society.
