CULLEN: On Thursday, February 16, 2017, Dorothy Jane Cullen (nee Judd), age 87 years, beloved wife of the late James Knox Cullen, passed away at her residence, Rideau Park Personal Care Home. A private family graveside service will be held at the Rosewood Memorial Gardens at a later date.
