CHIARAMONTE: Tatjana Chiaramonte, June 15, 1975 – February 18, 2017. In her Sister’s arms, beautiful, loving and sweet Tatty passed away after battling with COPD for 12 years. She will be greatly missed and is survived by her sister Nadja, nephews, Terence and Marcus, and niece Phoenix. Tatjana was born in Johannesburg, South Africa 10 minutes before her twin sister Nadja and they were inseparable as young girls and for years to follow. The family immigrated to Sarasota, Florida for a short time before ultimately settling on Canadian soil and making their home in Brandon, Manitoba. School years were a flurry of sports, friends and of course good times! Her free spiritedness and joyful natures were infectious and radiated to both people andanimals. In recent years her fur babies Frankie, Molly and Mia were her little loves and companion kitties. Family and friends were Tatjana’s passion and delight! She was a compassionate loving sister and auntie. Always eager to spend time with family and those she held close to her heart. Tatjana had no children of her own but enjoyed helping with and watching her nephews and niece grow and thrive. Tatjana absolutely insisted on enjoying life and lived her days to the fullest extent humanly possible. Like a star that shone so very bright, she has faded away far before her time. She has left an everlasting impression in the hearts of all who loved her. Tatjana was predeceased by her father Augustino “Tino” Chiaramonte on January 3, 2014 whom she absolutely adored. A true Daddy’s girl, she has been reunited with her loving Papa. Breathe easy now Tatjana…you are so loved and will never be forgotten.Nadja would like to extend a special thank-you to the many doctors, nurses and health care professionals involved in Tatjana’s care. “Claire” from the transplant team, you are a true angel. Thank you for your dedication. A Celebration of Tatjana’s Life is planned for Saturday, March 11, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Holy Rosary Church, 510 River Avenue, Winnipeg.
