VIGNERON: It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Felix Vigneron, beloved husband of Shirley. Felix passed away at the Assiniboine Centre on Friday, March 31, 2017, at the age of 83 years. A complete obituary will follow in Saturday’s Brandon Sun.
