WATERMAN: Helen Dorothy Waterman passed away on Saturday, April 8, 2017, at the Valleyview Care Centre in Brandon. Helen was the dearly beloved wife of the late Willard Waterman of Brandon. Helen went to work at an early age as hired help in the “dirty thirties” and then again later as her children grew older. She worked in a grocery store for nearly 20 years. Her greatest loves were her home, her children, her grandchildren, her garden and her flowers. She is survived by three children, Wayne, Sharon (Fred), Daryl (Pat), six grandchildren and several great- grandchildren. She was pre-deceased by her husband, Willard, in 1996, as well as her parents, two brothers and one sister. A private graveside service will be held at a later date at Rosewood Memorial Gardens.
