CHALANCHUK: Sonia Chalanchuk passed away peacefully at Fairview Personal Care Home on May 4, 2017 at the age of 86 years. Sonia will lovingly be remembered by her children Allen Chalanchuk and Patty Wolfe. A Celebration of Sonia’s life will be held at Brockie Donovan Chapel, 332-8th Street, on Tuesday, May 9, 2017, at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Dick Schonwille officiating. Interment will take place at the Brandon Cemetery prior to the service. Donations in memory of Sonia may be made to Fairview Personal Care Foundation, 4th Floor Fund, 1351-13th Street, Brandon, Manitoba, R7A 4S6.
