RANKIN: Melvin James “Moe” Rankin. Moe Rankin beloved husband of the late Joyce Rankin and dad to Larry and family, died June 9, 2017 at Westview Lodge, Boissevain, Manitoba at the age of 91 years. Memorial Service will be held Wednesday, June 14, 2017 at Wheatland Chapel, Killarney, Manitoba at 2:00 p.m. Interment will take place at Killarney Cemetery, Killarney, Manitoba.
