IRONSTAND: Darrell Kelly Ironstand passed away on Thursday, June 8, 2017 at Winnipeg, MB at the age of 53 years. Darrell is predeceased by his parents, Robert Edward and Lucy (nee Lynxleg) Ironstand; his sister Gloria Ironstand and his brothers, Gerald Ironstand, Robert Campbell and Gordon Ironstand. Darrell will be missed by his long-time partner of 18 years, Dr. Robert Jean Desjardins; his siblings, Garry (Carol) Ironstand, Garth (Lorna) Ironstand, Joseph (Joyce) Cochrane, Brenda (Kelly) Smoke, Joanne Ironstand, Robert Ironstand, Eileen (Doug) Olson and Rena Ironstand as well as many nieces, nephews and other extended family members. A traditional wake service will be held on Wednesday, June 14 starting at 4:00 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 15 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Warren Ironstand officiating.
