SIOUX: Amelia Marguerite Sioux “Wakinyan Duta Win” passed away peacefully on August 7, 2017 at the Assiniboine Center in Brandon, Manitoba. “Zez” was born on May 28, 1955. She is survived by: son Neil (Naomi); daughter Alana (Rick); brothers Robert (Carolyn), George (Bonnie), Frank (Emmy), Andy; sisters Kathleen and Glenys Elk; grandchildren Hannah, Shelby, Elizabeth, Hilary, Kia, John; great-grandchildren Kasey and Aliza. A Wake will be held at her residence in Sioux Valley on Wednesday, August 9, 2017 beginning at 5:00 p.m. A Funeral Service will be at the same location on Thursday, August 10, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. Interment to follow at the Catholic Cemetery.
